1. Who we are
The BonBon mobile app (package in.bonbonventures.bonbon) is operated by
Bon Bon Ventures Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). BonBon lets parents order
school uniforms, books and other school items for their children and track those orders.
This policy explains what information we collect through the app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at Support@bonbonventures.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information you enter in the app, which is needed to provide our service:

What we do not collect
- We do not access your location, contacts, camera, photos, microphone or files.
- We do not collect card or bank details in the app.
- We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and we do not collect device identifiers for tracking.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and verify your phone number.
- To show products and school-specific prices for your children.
- To process, deliver, track, cancel or exchange your orders.
- To provide customer support.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Children’s information
BonBon is intended for use by parents and guardians aged 18 or over. Information about students is entered by their parent or guardian and is used only to supply the correct school items. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts. If you believe a child has given us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Sharing your information
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:
- Service providers who host and run our systems on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
- Delivery partners, only the name, phone number and address needed to deliver your order.
- Legal reasons, when required by law, court order or government authority.
6. Storage and security
Your information is stored on our secure servers. All data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We limit access to people who need it to run the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Order and invoice records may be kept longer where required by tax and accounting laws. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights and account deletion
You can view and update your profile, addresses and student details at any time in the app.
To delete your account and personal data:
- Email Support@bonbonventures.com from your registered email, or with your registered mobile number in the message, with the subject “Delete my BonBon account”.
- We will verify the request and delete your account, profile, addresses and student details within 30 days.
- Order and invoice records that we must keep by law will be retained only for the legally required period and then deleted.
You can also contact us to request a copy of your information or to correct it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
